Strong pastoral support is central to our ethos. All students in Year 12 and 13 have a Form Tutor who has daily contact with their tutor group and is able to provide academic and pastoral support to students. Each form group follows a Morning Guidance Programme, which incorporates study and thinking skills, SMSC and PSHCE themes and awareness of current affairs. Each week Form Tutors conduct 1:1 intervention discussions with students to ensure that any concerns regarding progress, attendance and wellbeing are dealt with effectively.
